Kosovo Hackers Deface 15 Serbian Websites
Pristina | 15 September 2009 | Lawrence Marzouk

A group of hackers from Kosovo defaced 15 Serbian websites on Tuesday night, including those of high profile firms, government departments and museums.
The hackers, known as Kosova Hackers Group, posted the same, Albanian double-headed eagle and message on each website. The targets included the Serbian Ministry of Defence.
Many of the websites remain inaccessible, although the hackers’ message has disappeared.
Their message reads: “Hello Serbs, now wonder why you see it on this particular page??
We do it because we can and we will continue to do so.
“Now the fact is that we are p*ssed off at both you and EULEX [for] sign[ing] agreements which do not concern you."
“Our final word is that we honor all families who lost someone in the war against you. We want justice and we want our missing people back.”
The group also hacked into the website of EULEX, the European rule of law mission in Kosovo, last month in protest against plans to sign a policing protocol with Serbia’s interior ministry.
Exclusive: Hackers Talk of EULEX Web Attack
Pristina | 29 August 2009 | Krenar Gashi

The website of the EU rule-of-law mission in Kosovo, EULEX, was defaced by a group of Kosovo hackers in an attack which took just 15 minutes, it has emerged.
Kosovo Hackers Group, KHG, placed a double-headed eagle, the symbol of Albanians, on EULEX's website late on Friday. "You cannot sell our country back to Serbia. We, Kosovo's youth, are tired of all the lies. EULEX signs agreement to destroy the future of Kosovo," was posted on www.eulex-kosovo.eu. One of the KHG hackers, nicknamed Hitman, told Balkan Insight that the act was a protest against EULEX's plan to sign a controversial agreement with Serbia.
"Kosovo authorities have invited EULEX here to help us, to help the people, and not to sign agreements with Serbia harming the interest of the people," he said.
EULEX intends to sign a protocol with Serbia's Interior Ministry to exchange information on cross-border serious crime. The agreement is seen as a technical requirement for Serbia to join the EU visa-free zone, but is also said to be important for EULEX's dealings with organised crime in Kosovo's north. This protocol has been rejected by Kosovo authorities, which claim that the mission is not mandated to sign such agreements on Kosovo's behalf. Kosovo Hackers Group is a virtual group of young hackers who have hacked into several websites leaving political messages. In their last attack, they defaced the websites of Serbia's President and Serbia's ministry of energy. In an exclusive interview with Balkan Insight, one hacker told how it took him and his teammates just 15 minutes to bring down the website of EULEX. EULEX officials said they are aware of the attack. Karin Limdal, EULEX's spokeswoman, said: "We're doing everything we can to restore the website."
Although the message has now disappeared, visitors to EULEX's website could view only its homepage on Saturday.

Grupi i ashtuquajtur Kosova Hackers Group (KHG), nė faqen e parė tė ueb-sajtit www.eulex-kosovo.eu, kanė vendosur kėtė mesazh:
“Ju nuk mund t’ia shisni vendin tonė prapė Serbisė, ne kemi luftuar me gjak... Ne tė rinjtė e Kosovės jemi tė lodhur nga gėnjeshtrat se EULEX-i ėshtė prapa popullit dhe nėnshkruan marrėveshje pėr tė shkatėrruar tė ardhmen e Kosovės... Ne qė jemi e ardhmja, kurrė nuk do ta lejojmė kėtė. Asnjė nuk ėshtė mė i fortė se njerėzit nė vendin e tyre. Mbane mend EULEX, se ju jeni tė ftuar kėtu pėr tė na ndihmuar dhe jo tė vendosni pėr neve... Siē kemi thėnė Mirėsevini, ne mund tė themi edhe Mirupafshim...".
Mesazhi i hakerėve pėrfundon me vargun e njohur tė kėngės “Albanian”.
”Red n'black i dress eagle on my chest
It's good to be an ALBANIAN
Keep my head up high for that flag I die
Im proud to be an ALBANIAN”.
Sulmi i hakerėve vjen nė kohėn kur EULEX-i ka paralajmėruar nėnshkrimin e njė protokolli bashkėpunimi me Beogradin, nė fushėn e sigurisė. Pėrveē tjerash, nė kėtė protokoll, kufiri i Kosovės konsiderohet “vijė administrative”.
Kundėr protokollit janė shprehur edhe drejtuesit e institucioneve, ndėrkohė qė Lėvizja “Vetėvendosje”, ka reaguar mė sė ashpri, duke pėrmbysur dhe dėmtuar rreth 30 vetura tė EULEX-it nė Prishtinė.

Hakerėt shqiptarė nė sulm kundėr Serbisė
12 Korrik 2008 00:20
Tashmė nė faqen e saj kryesore shfaqet vetėm harta e Shqipėrisė sė Madhe me tė gjitha qendrat kryesore shqiptare. Zyrtarėt serbė kanė nxituar tė deklarojnė se ky ėshtė njė sulm i qėllimshėm nga kosovarėt, qė kėrkojnė qė Serbia tė bindet se Kosova nuk ėshtė mė territor i saj. Ndėrkohė, ata kanė nisur hetimet nė lidhje me rastin. Edhe pak kohė mė parė, hakerat kosovarė "shkatėrruan" faqet zyrtare tė qeverisė serbe, prokurorisė si dhe institucioneve tė tjera tė larta nė Serbi. Beogradi refuzon tė njohė pavarėsinė e Kosovės, qė u shpall nga autoritetet nė Prishtinė mė 17 shkurt. Zyrtarėt serbė, me mbėshtetjen e Rusisė, kanė deklaruar se do ta ēojnė ēėshtjen e pavarėsisė sė Kosovė nė Gjykatėn Ndėrkombėtare tė Drejtėsisė pėr tė kėrkuar anulimin e saj.

Belgrade `Nikola Tesla` Airport`s web site was attacked by Kosovo hackers KHG, leaving messages which celebrate Kosovo.
Kosovo hackers KHG, Albanian Kosova Hacker Group, have attacked several Serbian web sites, including the Belgrade `Nikola Tesla` Airport`s web site, the Dnevni avaz newspaper writes.
Instead of its classic contents, the airport`s web site now includes messages which celebrate the Republic of Kosovo and the unification of the Albanian state. Experts in charge of the web site`s administration are making an effort to repair the damages as soon as possible.
The same group of hackers has attacked a horoscope site of Serbian `Serbiankafe` portal. Instead of horoscope, the hackers left a black background and a large Albanian coat of arms, under which messages read: `Happy birthday!` and `This is a present for your birthday`.

Kosovo, Serb Hackers Fight Cyber War
Pristina | 08 January 2009 | Balkaninsight

A group of hackers from Kosovo defaced the website of Serbia’s ministry of energy on Thursday in a payback strike for a similar intervention on the website of Kosovo’s energy ministry by Serb hackers earlier this week.
"United States of Albania" and “Don’t play if you don’t know the game”, were the messages displayed in red and black colours on the page of the Serbian energy ministry, hacked by the self-proclaimed Albanian and Kosova Hackers Group. "Oops!! you got owned , This is our revenge."
“Our best regards to CoNsT,” was another message put in the defaced site, referring to the Serbian hackers that broke into Kosovo government servers on Wednesday and changed the website of the energy ministry and statistical office.
“You’ve been hacked” and “Merry Christmas” were the messages put in by the hackers, referring to that day's celebration of Serbian Orthodox Christmas. The Serbian government and most Serbs reject the independence declaration by Kosovo's Albanian majority last February.
Sources in Kosovo’s ministry of public services told Balkan Insight that government servers are permanently being attacked by hackers, but this was the first time that important websites were altered.
According to Kosovo bloggers, the latest hacking attack might herald another round of ‘cyber-war’ between the two rival groups.
Yesterday, the hackers attacked the web site of the Montenegrin parliament.

Hackers post Kosovo flag on Serb official site
Thu Sep 11, 2008 7:32am | Reporting by Ljilja Cvekic, Editing by Angus MacSwan

BELGRADE (Reuters) - Hackers posted the Kosovo flag on the Serbian parliament website in an action to block Serbian government sites, a Belgrade radio station reported on Thursday.
The "Kosova Hackers Group" told visitors to the parliament website that it had also attacked other official sites on Wednesday, including the Serbian army's.
The site looked normal on Thursday and parliament had no comment on the incident.
Serbia does not recognize the independence of its former province of Kosovo and objects to the use of its symbols at international gatherings.
"Those hackers are using programs that are freely accessible on the Internet and can be downloaded free of charge," Slobodan Markovic, an advisor in the Serbian telecommunications ministry, told Radio B92.
Markovic said Serbian government sites do not have a unique security system but that each ministry decides how to protect the data.
The Daily Press said several other official Internet sites were also under "Kosovo Hackers" attack on the same day, including the Defence Ministry, Commercial Court and Serbian Business Registers Agency.
